Supplier of leading laser cutting and metal fabrication equipment, MBA Engineering, has exclusively partnered with Noblegen to offer market-leading nitrogen generation systems, which could save laser users up to £1,000 per month on energy costs.

The new partnership will see MBA Engineering now providing complete, one-stop nitrogen generation solutions from Noblegen – alongside its renowned customer service and support – enabling manufacturers and engineers with day-to-day laser cutting needs to generate their own nitrogen to power their equipment.

By generating their own nitrogen on-site, manufacturers eliminate the need to purchase the nitrogen gas required to run the equipment from an independent vendor. This provides them with the opportunity to significantly reduce gas purchasing costs, as well as the expense and CO2 emissions associated with daily, weekly or monthly truck deliveries.

An additional benefit of utilising a nitrogen generation system to run a laser cutting machine is that it can be set to run as required, so no gas is wasted. There’s also no need to stop production completely to replace nitrogen gas cylinders, which again saves manufacturers valuable time and money.

As well as providing the equipment, MBA Engineering will manage the installation of the new nitrogen generation systems, in addition to providing complete servicing and support once the new equipment is in-situ.
